1. Return Policy

Sent a wrong item

We will replace you with a correct product and all costs on us if we sent a wrong item. 

Customs holds
If the product is hold in customs and finally lost during shipping, we will send you another one for free until the buyer receive the product. BUT not include these countries or area: Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Portuguesa.

Delivered but lost
If the product shows delivered, but the buyer claims to be lost (it may be taken away by others or signed for on behalf of), please contact the courier company to deal with this situation. We are not responsible for this.

Unconditional return
If the buyer happened doesn't like the color, size, or just wants to replace one, we can accept a refund or replacement, but the buyer will be responsible for all the costs incurred. Including our shipping fee, return shipping fee, customs duties, etc.

Quality issues
If the buyer thinks the product has quality problems, please contact us within 7 days from the date you signed, and send us pictures and videos to assist us in our judgment.
If it is judged to be a quality problem, we will provide a free replacement. If issues can be resolved  by replacement parts, we will give priority to replacement parts rather than the entire product.

It needs to be stated that we DO NOT accept orders that require 100% perfect products. 

2. DELIVERY TIME
The recent delivery time is about 10 days. However, due to flight instability,  Covid-19, intermittent customs inspections and some remote place, sometimes the delivery time is more than TWO WEEKs. We have no way to control this. What we can guarantee is that your products will be delivered, but there is no way to guarantee the delivery time. 
10 days delivery: 70%
15 days delivery: 25%
>15 days delivery: 5%

3. LOCAL TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES
Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering

4.  HOW TO GET TAX LESS OR FREE UPON IMPORT
Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. In order to ensure you receive your order tax less or free upon import, we will make the value lower. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If need to using the true value, or any other requests, please write down the information on the Notes when you Complete order
