1. About Shipment

It'll take about 2~3 days to ship out your package, sometimes more, because we need to inspect one by one carefully and sometimes have to change one once we checked any problem.

Also please be aware that the package will be shipped out from Guangzhou, but they'll be picked up in HK/Malaysia/Dubai mostly. So it'll take some days to show the pick up information after shipping. Please be patient and understanding. We will always take your order seriously. 

The whole delivery time is like below:

10 days delivery: 40%

15 days delivery: 30%

>15 days delivery: 20%

 

2. Shipping Address

Please double check the SHIPPING ADDRESS you entered. We will not be responsible for the results of incorrect address information. The cost of changing shipping address is $20 and there is no guarantee will be successful. If the address information of your registered account is different from the shipping address, you need to pay special attention to this problem.

 

3. Brand Box Damaged

We are not responsible for the damage of brand box (if you request it) after a long distance shipping. 

 

4. Return Policy

Based on the principle of honesty and responsibility, according to different situations, our return policy is as follows.

Sent a wrong items
Please contact us within 7 days from the date you signed for the parcels, and send pictures and videos (in most cases, we have photo backups). We will replace you with a correct product and all costs on us. 

Customs holds
If the product is hold in customs and finally lost during shipping, we will send you another one for free until the buyer receive the product. BUT not include these countries or area: Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Portuguesa, Mexico, South America, Indonesia, Russia, India etc.

Delivered but lost
If the product shows delivered, but the buyer claims to be lost (it may be taken away by others or signed for on behalf of), please contact the courier company to deal with this situation. We are not responsible for this.

Unconditional return
If the buyer happened doesn't like the color, size, or just wants to replace one, we can accept a refund or replacement, but the buyer will be responsible for all the costs incurred. Including shipping cost (our initial shipping cost and your returning shipping cost) and customs duties, etc.

Quality issues
If the buyer thinks the product has quality problems, please contact us within 7 days from the date you signed, and send us pictures and videos to assist us in our judgment.
If it is judged to be a quality problem, we will provide a free replacement. If issues can be resolved  by replacement parts, we will give priority to replacement parts rather than the entire product.

 

Return steps

1) Contact us within 7 days from the date you signed for the parcels.

2) Confirm that the product is not worn, washed and altered.

3) We send return address.

4) Return the product with original packaging.

5) Send the tracking number.
